Sega has revealed the Japanese release dates for two of their highly anticipated Sonic games. Sonic Adventure DX: Director's Cut for Gamecube will see release on June 19th for 6,8000 Yen. Sonic Pinball Party for Gameboy Advance will see relase on July 17th for 4,800 Yen.
The U.S. release dates for both games will be around the same time frame.

Sega's annual GameJam event will be held this weekend (April 4th - 5th) in Japan. To be held at the Ariake Hall, this year's exposition will be broadcasted live and be seen across many of Sega's various amusement locations, such as Club Sega (Hokkaido), GIGO (Ikebukuro), High Tech Land (Shibuya), and many more. In addition, this broadcast will also air over the Internet at specific times.
This year's GameJam Storm will give Japanese gamers the opportunity to sample some of Sega's recent and upcoming console titles. Among them: Initial D: Special Stage (PS2), Virtua Fighter 4: Evolution (PS2), Virtual-On: Marz (PS2), Sonic Adventure DX: Director's Cut (GC), Panzer Dragoon Orta (Xbox), and dozens more.

I gave my Chao - Mystic - loads of red Chao Drives and his power level is now 99, but when I give him another red Chao Drive nothing happens. Is it possibly the highest that a level can get up to?
Sega is offering a deal through RealOneArcade where you can play free 60 minute demos of classic Sonic games on your PC. The games being offered are Sonic 1, Sonic 2, Sonic 3 and Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine. Other Sega Genesis classics are being offered as well. It does require that you install RealOne Arcade however.

On the main SEGA.com page, there is a list that has Sonic & Knuckles, Sonic Spinball, and Sonic Adventure DX. According to this, Sonic & Knuckles and Sonic Spinball are coming out in April for PC. More details are expected soon.

I was just looking over the comics, and I noticed that Bunnie's look has changed drastically. She looks more anime now, and also has more hair. What happened to the Bunnie from Issue #18 and before? (That's how I'm used to seeing her.) Could you possibly tell me when the change happened? Thank you!
Hi!In Sonic#103 Quantom Leap when Sonic goes quantom and meets Tailon and the Freedom Fighters of the Galaxy how come in future issues Sonic went back to regular form and Tailon went back to Tails and the Freedom Fighters of the Galaxy went back to The Freedom Fighters?Did Archie just get mixed up?And why haven't you been answering my questions lately?

Yuji Naka has stated that the upcoming enhanced port of the original Sonic Adventure, Sonic Adventure DX: Director's Cut, for GC will include a bunch of classic Sonic Game Gear titles. Most of these titles were released in the U.S. during the Game Gear's heyday during the early 90's, but some were seen only in Japan. The 12 Game Gear titles are:

3. Sonic & Tails
4. Sonic & Tails 2
5. Sonic Labyrinth
6. Sonic Drift
7. Sonic Drift 2
8. G-Sonic

Hello. When I was listing to the music section of this site for Sonic 2, I saw a song that said Hidden Palace Zone. So, out of confuison I played the game Sonic 2. Everytime I play it I don't recall seeing the hidden palace zone level. Can you tell me what is going on? Thank. (SHQ 4 ever :) )
